It's cold !
I wonder why winters in Japan are so cold.
I wore two layers of socks.
One layer is not enough.
In winter we need to wear many layers.
It's good way to stay warm in cold Japanese homes.
寒い日は重ね着が一番。
厚着してコタツに入り本を読む至福のひととき。
ドラミがそばにいてくれたら
最高にあったかいのになぁ。

I find it is colder indoors than out, some days. Yet, I am stronger to bear the cold because of the Japanese heating system of only having one heater going in the main room, and no heater for the bathrooms, etc. I suffer from asthma, so I like breathing the cold air rather than the warm, stuffy kind.
I grew up in the Chicago area of Illinois state, and that is COLD COUNTRY!! Winters are six months long! So Aichi seems milder outside than Illinois. For that, I'm grateful!
