完全にしびれました！



紅白のＳｕｓａｎ　Ｂｏｙｌｅに釘付けになった。
伸びのある美しい声、それに加え遅咲きの人生。
どれだけ多くの人が彼女の歌声に励まされたことでしょう。
スーザンが歌ったI dreamed a dream.
直訳すると夢を夢見た。
日本語タイトルは夢やぶれてだったか、かなわぬ夢だったかな？
しびれました。
Her voice touches my very soul!

The way she sang this song live and the impression this recording gives me are quite different. I think watching her sing it in person on the Kohaku Show made a greater impression on me because I could see from her stance, facial expressions and movements that she was a simple woman, the same as me, and not a fancy celebrity. Therefore the magnitude of beauty to be felt from her gift of song was all the greater and profound. Her live performance touched the very heart of me, as well.
